Allbrite takes pride in making interior & exterior dressings that restore, protect and provide a radiant finish. Choose from water-based or solvent-based formulas to achieve the ultimate shine. We also carry a silicone-free dressing that is Paint & Body Shop safe. For best results, we recommend that all dressings be applied with a sponge to conserve the product, and the excess should be wiped down to avoid sling-off where silicone may get onto painted surfaces and stain them. Water based dressings come in various thickness to appeal to various segment of the market. Some people like it thin, which are readily sprayable and some like it thick thinking that they can dilute them to make it more economical or apply it with sponge to get better shine. Thick dressing apperently provide high gloss due to thick coating layer it imparts on application. Solvent based dressings are not recommended for inteior use and for engine compartment, where it can cause fire if engine is not sufficiently coold down. For interior use solvent based dressing leave that unpleasant solvent smell and solvent may damage some of the plastic and vinyl components inside the car.
